Returns Policy

Damaged Goods

At Amelia Rose Aromas, we check every product to ensure that the highest standards have been met on every item prior to dispatch. Should you receive any item that you are not satisfied with, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. You may contact us via our email address ameliarosearomas@outlook.com. If your item is damaged you may need to provide photographic evidence. We will look at the severity of the damage before making a decision. If you would like to return a damaged item then we are happy to do so. Please note postage costs must be covered by yourself, you are responsible for the parcel until it reaches us. We do not take responsibility for any parcel that may go missing and would always recommend sending returns via Royal Mail signed for.

Returns and Refunds

We hope you love your order, but if there are any issues you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of purchase if the product is in the original condition and packaging. Original condition means that there are no marks on the product and the product’s packaging has not been opened, used or damaged and the product is in a re-saleable condition. If the product is not in the original packaging or is damaged in any way we are not obliged to refund you. Unfortunately any claims made after this time wont be valid for refund or exchange. Please include your full name and order number in your email.
